Trebbiano takes the lead in the 2025 Borgo Bonelli White from Toscana, a barrel sample blending 60% Trebbiano with 40% Vernaccia that shows a medium gold core with a lighter neon yellow rim. Dried peach, apricot kernel, and lemon thyme fill the glass, joined by a hint of chamomile. Moderate-plus acidity balances the full body, which closes on a lush, rich finish.
