One of Sicily's oldest wine names, Moscato di Siracusa was a Greek era sweet wine that nearly disappeared before Pupillo revived it in the 1970s. The Moscato is golden, with orange blossom, apricot, honey and a fresh, only moderately sweet finish, lighter than Pantelleria passito. The 2011 rewrite added dry whites and Nero d'Avola reds, but the sweet Moscato remains the point.
