Made from 100% Aleatico with just 2 hours of skin contact, the 2025 Trebotti Rosé from Lazio shows a lovely copper-salmon core with a glowing pink rim and notes of dried orange peel, underripe strawberry, and fresh bread dough that lead to a tangerine-tinged finish. Medium-bodied with moderate-plus acidity, it pairs well with chickpeas and dried Italian sage.
