3S Grechetto 2023

Six months in chestnut barrels give the 2023 Trebotti 3S Grechetto from Lazio a distinctive textural depth. It shows a medium glowing lemon-yellow core with a shimmering rim and aromas of dried yellow flowers, dried savory, preserved lemon, and dried Turkish apricot. Sweet dried and fresh peach on the palate are carried by moderate-plus acidity and a medium-plus to full body. The finish is long and gently nutty.
