The 2024 Trebotti Incanthus Grechetto from Lazio shows a golden-lemon core with a lighter rim, opening on chanterelle and umami before acacia blossom, dried apricot, green almond, and dried Golden Delicious apple emerge. Moderate acidity and a medium-plus to full body lead to a saline, earthy finish, making this a fine food wine that can age for 10 to 20 years.
