Colli Romagna Centrale DOC

IL PROGETTODOCCOLLI ROMAGNA CENTRALEAAIT87632755Denominazione di Origine Controllata

No strip issued. I'm still hunting a bottle.

Created in 2001 to give the Forlì-Cesena hills a label for international varieties and blends, it sits on top of the Romagna DOC and almost nobody uses it. The Rosso is Cabernet Sauvignon-led with Sangiovese and Merlot: blackcurrant, plum, tobacco, moderate tannin. Producers such as Tenuta La Viola and a few cooperatives bottle a token amount. This is one of Italy's least-seen DOCs.

Still hunting

I'm still looking for a bottle of this.

If you make Colli Romagna Centrale, import it, or know who does, the form takes two minutes and I reply to every one.

Can you help me get one?
