Colli d'Imola DOC

IL PROGETTODOCCOLLI D'IMOLAAAIT36652970Denominazione di Origine Controllata

No strip issued. I'm still hunting a bottle.

A catch-all DOC for the strip of hills between the Bologna and Faenza zones, allowing almost every grape grown in the area. In practice it's used for Sangiovese, Cabernet blends and Chardonnay from estates that want a local name rather than the broad Romagna DOC. Expect medium-weight reds with sour cherry, plum and modest oak, and clean, unremarkable whites. Tre Monti and Tenuta Nasano are the main names.

Still hunting

I'm still looking for a bottle of this.

If you make Colli d'Imola, import it, or know who does, the form takes two minutes and I reply to every one.

Can you help me get one?
